How is SEN/D supported at Nine Acres?

Inclusion for All!

We believe that every child is unique and should be given the opportunity to shine in all they do. We believe that every child has the right to receive an education which enables them to fulfil their potential in a supportive and caring environment. We are committed to working in partnership with all who are involved with our children to ensure that we achieve the best possible outcomes for the individual child within a nurturing and inclusive environment. All of our staff tailor all parts of the curriculum to ensure that any barriers to learning are removed so that all children can make progress from their starting points, enjoy learning within the classroom and beyond and develop important life skills to enable every child to become independent, successful adults.

Please contact Miss Rachel Paddon (Assistant Headteacher/Inclusion) if you have any questions about how your child's learning is supported, either call:01983 522984 or email: office@nineacrespri.co.uk

The Isle of Wight Council is committed to giving all children and young people high quality education that enables them to make progress and achieve well. For children and young people aged 0 to 25 with special educational needs or a disability, additional or specialist support may be needed to enable this. To support the process of identifying the range of provision and advice that is available, the Isle of Wight Local Authority have published a local offer.
